HomeMy WebLinkAboutK & M REZONING ..... 3/28/94 P & Z BOARD HEARING - 17-94 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGCommL_,ty Planning and Environmental, Arvices Planning Department City of Fort Collins March 15, 1994 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, March 28, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed rezoning in your neighborhood. The proposed rezoning is commonly known as K & M Company Rezoning, #E17-94. The applicant is requesting to remove 350 acres located within the City limits from the T-Transition Zoning District. The requested zoning is B-P, Planned Business District. The property is located 1/2 mile on either side of County Road 9E, south of County Road 50, and north of the Larimer and Weld Canal. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 750 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
