Dear Mr. Olt:
I'd like to express my gratitude to Ted Davis and Frank Vaught for allowing
me to participate in the planning process of the Columbine Care East parking
lot.
After reviewing the layout, I feel that most of the concerns expressed by
the neighbors have been addressed. As the immediate neighbor to the west,
I have one request for a revision. Because the three Isanti dogwoods are
deciduous in nature and align with my bedroom window, I have a concern
for headlight spillage in the fall and winter months. I'm requesting
that they be replaced by a 7' ball sn.d burlapad blue spruce for which
I am willing to contribute the difI.Prence in cost.
Because of the residential location of the
a concern for the neighborhood. Our request
lighting be as nonintrusive as possible.
Sincerely,
Karen Lennon
