Staff has reviewed the request for Woodland Park Townhomes, Minor Plat, and offers the
following comments:
Please provide us with a copy of the Affidavit of Correction that changed Tract C to Tract
F.
2. Light and Power will need to know the meter location for all the units. Please contact
Monica Moore, 221-6700, for details prior to the administrative hearing.
3. Water and sewer services are to be abandoned at the main. Please contact Roger
Buffington, Water and Wastewater Utility for details on this procedure.
4. Under "Director of Planning Approval," please delete the reference to "and Zoning
Board."
5. Please add a signature line for the City Clerk.
6. Please provide an address line for the Notary.
This concludes our comments. The administrative hearing has been scheduled for Thursday,
February 13, 1997. Please make the necessary revisions and supply a blueline print for checking
prior to the hearing.
