The row of Juniper closest to the road can be removed due to their poor condition and close location to construction. 2. The next row to the east of Green Ash should be preserved as street trees. Based on general measurements taken in the field the row of Ash is approximately ten feet east of the future curb and three feet lower. 3. The sidewalk shall be placed on the east side of the row of Ash with the edge of the walk at least four feet from the outer bank of the trees. 4. No significant cut or fill on the east side of the Ash row within ten feet of the outer bark. 5. On the west side of the Ash row the toe of any fill should start at least two feet from the outer bark. 6. On the west side of the Ash row no significant cut into the existing root system within seven feet from the outer bark. The Ash row has individual trees spaces at about ten feet apart. We need to review if every other tree should be removed. All remaining trees will need to be pruned during development. /j cc: Matt Baker Mike Herzig 281 North College Avenue • Fort Collins, CO 80924 • (301) 22 kt,361
