C/o Cityscape Urban Design, Inc. 3555 Stanford Road, Suite 105 Fort Collins, Co. 80525 Dear Mark, Staff has reviewed your documents for the Westbury P.U.D., First Filing - Final that were submitted on June 6, 1994, and would like to offer the following comments: 1. A copy of the comments received from U.S. West is attached to this letter. 2. The water and sanitary sewer services will be provided by the Fort Collins -Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District They have no objections provided all District requirements are met. Please be advised that this property is not within the service area of the South Fort Collins Sanitation District and, therefore, sanitary sewer service is contingent upon the land being included into the District boundary, which must be approved by the Board of Directors. Michael DiTullio is your contact person if you have any questions about water and sanitary sewer services to this property. He can be reached at 226-3104. 3. The Mapping Department has stated that the control corners must be described and the Point of Beginning must be labeled on the subdivision plat. 4. The existing trees in the common open space areas should be pruned to City Forestry medium prune specifications. Please add a note to the Landscape Plan about this. 5. There is a question about the possible duplication of the street name Mariposa. The Poudre Fire Authority thinks that this name may already exist in their fire district.
