The proposed annexation is commonly known as Robert Shields 2nd Annexation and Zoning, #19-94,B,C. The applicant is requesting to annex and zone 6.07 acres located east of County Road #9, adjacent to Woodland Park PUD. The requested zoning is RL, Low Density Residential. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
