Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, on Monday, July 24, 1995*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, is planning to hold
a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Robert
Shields 2nd Annexation and Zoning, #19-94,B,C.
The applicant is requesting to annex and zone 6.07 acres located
east of County Road #9, adjacent to Woodland Park PUD. The
requested zoning is RL, Low Density Residential.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of
record within 500 feet of the area based on current County
Assessor's records. If you should have questions or require
further information about this item, please feel free to contact me
