Attached are the required 8 prints of each site plan, one PMT for
each site plan, and a colored site plan of each site for the
three referenced projects.
In response to the comments in your letter to me dated March 30,
1994:
1. Cost to relocate gas meters and/or lines will be paid for by
the School District.
2/3. Any change in telephone service lines will be shown on
the Contract Documents. The Electrical Contractor will
install any conduit required under the Contract. The
School District will handle installation of conductors
and equipment under a seperate contract.
Drainage Reports on the three schools, prepared by Lidstone and
Anderson dated March 28, 1994 were submitted by the School
District under seperate cover.
