RE: 4027 Mesa Verde Drive
Dear Alan:
Last March, as you were trying to obtain the C.O. for 4027 Mesa Verde Drive, you contacted
me regarding the Land Development Guidance System ENERGY SCORE requirement. This
requirement, the result of a commitment made by the developer of the subdivision during the
approval process, had come as a surprise. You had an ENERGY SCORE performed by Jim
Evenson. The score did not attain the required G-80 or above. On 7 March I released the
hold on the C.O. under the agreement with you that the home would be upgraded to meet the
requirement within 90 days.
That date has come and past. I have contacted both Jim Evenson and Mike Gebo at Building
and Zoning. Neither has heard anything more from you. I left a voice -mail message on your
phone on 13 June and have not received a return call.
Please submit evidence (an updated ENERGY SCORE rating by one of the certified energy
raters) to me that the home has been upgraded to G-80 or above, by 11 July. Please give me
a call if you've got any questions. Thanks.
