This requirement, the result of a commitment made by the developer of the subdivision during the approval process, had come as a surprise. You had an ENERGY SCORE performed by Jim Evenson. The score did not attain the required G-80 or above. On 7 March I released the hold on the C.O. under the agreement with you that the home would be upgraded to meet the requirement within 90 days. That date has come and past. I have contacted both Jim Evenson and Mike Gebo at Building and Zoning. Neither has heard anything more from you. I left a voice -mail message on your phone on 13 June and have not received a return call. Please submit evidence (an updated ENERGY SCORE rating by one of the certified energy raters) to me that the home has been upgraded to G-80 or above, by 11 July. Please give me a call if you've got any questions.
