Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Ken, I have reviewed the Harmony Farm Annexation/Zoning request. We have no objection to the annexation request. The drawing does not indicate the relationship of the property to the highway; however, the standard right-of-way need for this stretch of SH 68 would be for 150 feet of ROW, with 75 feet south of the highway centerline. Should it be necessary to provide additional ROW in order to meet the need, that width should be either reserved, or preferably, dedicated at this time in accordance with City regulations. My comments are based upon the submittal as received April 13, 1994. I received this submittal only two days prior to the due date for response of April 15, 1994. This is inadequate time in order for me to meet your schedule and I would appreciate more time. I would recommend two to three weeks in the future.
