Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
May 23, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning
in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Harmony Farm
Annexation and Zoning, #21-94.
The applicant is requesting to annex 155.6 acres located on the southeast corner
of Harmony Road and County Road 9. Requested zoning is EP, Employment Park.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
