Electrical Engineer R.J.McNutt and Associates were retained to conduct a lighting analysis and lighting plan for this site. The intent of this change is to provide general lighting levels for security and overall site lighting. It is not a highly lit auto display like you would find on College Avenue with light levels at 50 to 100 foot candles. Additionally, you can see that we incorporate light fixtures with significant cut off characteristics that reduce footcandles at the property perimeter.
