We are finalizing things for a final submital addressing all comments.
We would like to see at least the draft agreement with all the fundamental terms and costs presented prior to resubmitting.

Please have someone respond to my request in the email below.
The message below was sent and an out of office notification from fcgov.com for Morgan was received.
The issue is time sensitive and we have been waiting to receive a reply from Morgan since 7/1/18.
Engineeringlst round comments requested the applicant enter into an agreement for the project and we have yet to receive any form of draft agreement for review.
We would like to receive this prior to our re-submital set to occur at weeks end.

I did follow-up with our city attorney and he has not received a development agreement draft from Morgan. I will check in with Morgan tomorrow, but I suspect
the draft hasn't been completed as it appears the project hasn't resubmitted and deemed in final form? Typically we move forward with drafting of the
development agreement when it's apparent that plans are ready for mylars/approval.
I will again check with Morgan tomorrow and look to get additional info back to you.

• Our client chose to enter a rental agreement with CDOT, as CDOT was requesting that the parking area within the ROW would have to be removed
otherwise. CDOT said to please be patient and it would take them approximately 2 months to draft the agreement. That was a couple weeks ago...
• PFA has approved our fire protection approach and easement layout.

Sounds good. We will just need a copy of the agreement before we can approve the project.

Great, Include the details with your next submittal and respond to the comment contained within the Round 1 comment letter accordingly.

It was our understanding in the first round meeting that once we gave Morgan the required owner information, she would turn around a draft development
agreement for my client to review.

• We are close to resubmitting. We are waiting on the private utility locates to show on the landscape plans. We had to hire a specialty firm to find them.
