Dear Resident:
On Thursday, May 26, 1994 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a request for
Colotex Electric - IP Site Plan Review, #19-94.
The applicant, Colotex Electric, is requesting approval of an Industrial Park
Site Plan Review for an electrical wholesale supply and distribution company.
The location is the northeast corner of Harmony Road and Innovation Drive. This
parcel is also known as Lot 11 of the Golden Meadows Business Park. The site is
1.5 acres in size. The proposed building would feature office and warehouse and
measure 11,411 square feet in floor area.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
