The Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation
District have reviewed the above -mentioned project and submit the following
comments.
The District requires the signature block on the face page only.
There needs to be at least 5 feet of horizontal separation between the fire line
and the fire hydrant line.
The water line notes need to be correct to District Standards. The curb stop in
front of the meter pit is to be deleted.
Street Light: 40 feet for canopy shade trees and 15 feet for ornamental trees

landscape plans. Since trees will be removed, the total number of mitigation
trees required is 4 (3.5 rounded up). Please provide 4 upsized trees on -site.
Mitigation trees can be any combination of the following tree sizes:
Canopy Shade Trees: 3" caliper B&B
Ornamental Trees: 2.5" caliper B&B
Evergreen Trees: 8' height B&B
