See attached map for location. This water line is centered in a 50 foot easement. As indicated in the letter sent to you on September 22, 1993, which is also attached, this easement requires certain restrictions in order that the City can properly maintain and operate our water transmission system in this area. Any other properties in which the City operates a water transmission system must adhere to similar restrictions and widths of easement. Even through subdivision may occur in these areas access must be provided for all excavation and repair equipment. We understand that this may impact certain development plans however it is essential to the operations of the system to have these restrictions. If you have any further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact me at 350-9814. Sincerely, Daniel F. Moore, P.E. Water Systems Engineer
