Dear Steve:
Staff has reviewed the amended site and landscape plan for the Value Plastics PUD
Administrative Change Referral and have the following comments:
1. The site plan should show a building setback dimension to either the north or
south lot line.
2. An updated drainage and erosion control. report is required to reflect new site
conditions.
3. If handicap ramps don't exist where the sidewalk crosses the entryway on the
west side of the site, they will need to be constructed with this project.
4. If sidewalks don't exist adjacent to the site, they will need to be constructed with
this project. If they do exist, please indicate on the site and landscape plans and
note that they will remain.
5. Please maintain the following separation distances from all water and sewer
mains, services and appurtenances (meter pits, hydrants, etc.):
Trees: ten feet
Shrubs: four feet.
Please note the following deadlines to stay on schedule for the January 23, 1995
Planning and Zoning Board meeting:
Plan revisions are due January 4, 1995 (5 sets of plans and written
documentation responding to the above comments).
PMT"s (one PMT of each plan sheet), colored renderings and 8 sets of
prints are due on January 17, 1995.
