Box 182 Colorado Springs, CO 80901-0182 (719) 633-4713 (719) 633-9508 FAX In response to your letter dated December 16, 1994, please find within the revised Site Plan, Landscape Plan, Building Elevations, and the following specific comments. Item 1: Building setback dimensioning has been included on the site plan. Item 2: The Drainage/Erosion Control Report and plans were submitted to appropriate staff on December 19, 1994, for review and comment. Item 3: Handicap ramps, sidewalk and curb cut will be provided with future Phase II development at west, Lot #2. Item 4: Existing walkways are located at the eastern property line (Timberline). New concrete walks, handicap ramps and curb cut will be provided, as noted on the plan, at the south property line (Danfield) and at the east side of the internal parking lot areas, leading to the building entry. Item 5: The landscape clearance requirements have been incorporated on the landscape plan "General Notes".
