City of Fort Collins Planning Department,
This letter is to address the planning department comments on Affordable Self Storage of Fort
Collins. Below is a list of comments from the last round of review and comments from the public
hearing. Comments are also reflected on the drawings and have been updated accordingly.
• Redlines dated 03.02.18 from engineering, the redlines have been addressed and are
reflected on the set of plans.
• Hearing comments about the elevations along Conifer Street have been addressed and the
changes to the elevations are reflected in the drawings.
• Hearing comments in regards to the fence have been addressed, we are showing the masonry
fence along Conifer street and back towards the North 1 fence section. We also have a
composite solid screened fence towards the North to the point of the zoning district change at
which point we transition to a wrought iron fence.
