Planning Department City of Fort Collins July 14, 1994 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, July 25, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as AAMCO TRANSMISSION PUB, Lot 10, Creger Plaza, 2nd Replat - Preliminary and Final, #32-94. The applicant is requesting a 5,060 square foot building for a transmission repair shop, located at 3737 South Mason Street and zoned HB, Highway Business. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
