Dear Ted:
We are writing regarding the above proposed development. We are neili hbors and will
not be able to attend the August 21, 2003 meeting.
We support the applicant's request for a modification of standard to the , wild to line for
increased setback along Charlie Lane. This neighborhood is comprised )f large estate
lots and the increased setback is more appropriate to the neighborhood.
We do not support the use of the property for commercial uses, such as;. daycare center
or school. Currently Charlie Lane serves only six (6) residential lots. T ►e proposed
daycare and school in Phase II would create nearly 1,000 trips per day_ this is not
consistent with the character of the established neighborhood.
