RE: CHURCH SITE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
Dear Pastor Davis:
We would appreciate it if, when you are developing your site plan for the church, you
would give consideration to a landscape buffer along the south edge of your parking lot
where it abuts the north property line of Woodland Park Estates.
Our thoughts are that a minimum 20' wide landscape buffer zone including a berm, trees,
shrubs, sod and irrigation would be sufficient.
