We received a notice as to an administrative hearing for Westfield Park Pool, Project
Development Plan #27-94B.
Progressive Living Structures is in the process of developing the adjacent property to the
north Mountain Ridge 41h. The development agreement for Mountain Ridge 4th states,
Progressive Living Structures is to be reimbursed by the city for the construction of the
local portion of Westfield Dr. adjacent to Westfield Park. It has been anticipated by the
development agreement that the sewer and water adjacent to Westfield Park installed by
Progressive Living Structures would be subject to a reimbursement agreement in
accordance with Section 3.3.2(F)(2) of the land use code.
Progressive Living Structures as an adjacent landowner would like to be of record that it
