This letter establishes Galloway, Romero & Associates as authorized agent to act on
behalf of SB Properties 22, 'as property owner for all development applications required
by the City of Fort Collins to construct a Safeway Fuel facility at 1426 E. Harmony Road.
This letter confirms that the undersigned represents ownership of the above referenced
property and that no other party's consent is required to represent said owner for
required development applications.
