SUBJECT: Centennial Bank at Safeway Marketplace
Ted:
Enclosed is a tissue sketch of modifications proposed for Centennial Bank. They include
the following:
1. Pedestrian link going west to connect to Video Store. Concrete crosswalk
with accent paving and color.
2. Reduce parking in front of bank by one space and add to island to provide
for landscaping and sidewalk connection.
3. Increase width of sidewalk in front of bank to 7 feet
4. Add island width adjacent to drive-thru teller exist to reduce the "effective"
width of this driveway. Add patterned, colored concrete crosswalk across
this surface for pedestrian link to shops on north.
5. Add landscape hedge adjacent to head in parking stalls at south and
adjacent to drive thru lane on east.
6. We are making provisions for a ATM machine which will be inside the
vestibule of the building. An exterior, in the "vibrant" colors noted is not a
part of the program.
Please review the plan and notes and call me to discuss so that we can prepare the final
exhibits. Thanks for your time and consideration.
