On Thursday, July 15, 1999, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board took the following two actions in reference
to the aforementioned projects:
1. Harmony Safeway Market Place, Lot 4, Centennial Bank, Final P.U.D.,
#33-94D - Approved: 5 — 1.
2. Harmony Safeway Market Place, Lot 5, Multi -tenant Retail, Final P.U.D.,
#33-94C — Approved 6 — 0 subject to the condition that primary exterior
concrete masonry units be painted #722 (beige/light brown).
