Regarding the east elevation, the intent of the Sign Code is to allow one wall sign per tenant. The latest elevations show three potential sign bands indicating three potential tenants. If there are only two tenants, we will not allow three signs. If there is only one tenant, we will not allow three signs. Therefore, please add a note to the architectural elevations that states: "One wall sign per tenant to be located in the sign band illustrated. Signage allowance is determined by the Sign Code." As always, call if you have any questions. Sincerely: Ted Shepard Chief Planner 281 North College Avenue • P.O. Box 580 • Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 • (970) 221-6750 • FAX (970) 416-2020
