MAY 1, 2003 P & Z BOARD HEARING - 33-94G - CORRESPONDENCE - RESPONSE TO APPLICANTPlease note the following changes that are to be made to the landscape plan along the north elevation between the sidewalk and the building: • The continuous sidewalk can be deleted in favor of each exit door featuring a concrete stoop that is as wide as the door and 44 inches in the direction of egress. • Foundation shrubs are to be added in between the stoops. The recommended specie is Euonymus Sarcoxie which provides a year-round green color. • The five Bigtooth Maples are to be replaced with an evergreen specie that is upright or columnar in shape or otherwise selected to fit the space provided. • Away from the wall, in the intervening space, replace the Manhattan Euonymus with a shrub bed of junipers for year-round color. • Replace the Swamp Oak with Skymaster English Oak as it is more upright and better suited to the space. provided. • Be sure that the light fixtures are sharp cut-off "wall washers." The light bulbs are absolutely not be visible from the street. • Be sure that downspouts feature rive rock cobble at the outfall to prevent erosion. Dear Craig: On Thursday, May 1, 2003, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 4 — 0 to approve Lot 8 Harmony Safeway Marketplace P.D.P., #3394G. As a result of this action, the project may now be submitted for Final Compliance review. The Final Compliance fee is $1,000.00 is waived. The submittal shall consist of revised plans that address all redlined plans and other comments that may not have been resolved up to this point. We will need the following items: • One blueline set of the site plan, landscape plan (as revised), architectural elevations and lighting plan. • One signed mylar set of the above, but only after we have had a chance to review the revised landscape plan. Be surd to provide a notary block for the owner. • Three Final Drainage Reports in final form for City signatures. • Three blueline sets of the Utility Plans. • One mylar set of the Utility Plans in final form for City signatures.
