The drainage appears to be running from the north and west sides of the building
into the ROW. All drainage must go from BOW into the street and from BOW into
the property. You may need to design a swale or a drainage pan to keep the water
draining away from the building and away from the public sidewalk. Please provide
enough information (spot elevations and/or contours) to properly evaluate the
proposed drainage.
