Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, August 17, 1994 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a minor
subdivision request for Autozone Minor Subdivision, #34-94.
The applicant is requesting approval of a Minor Subdivision to create a one lot
subdivision for the purpose of the construction a new building for Autozone, Inc.
Located on the east side of North College Avenue and just south of Jax Surplus.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
