The P.U.D. document must be revised to reflect these changes before recording final mylars.
The Planning Department will advise you in making the revisions to the site plan, as well as
preparing the Site and Landscape Covenants required to be signed by the owner prior to
recording the P.U.D.

RE: Platinum Auto Brokers Final P.U.D.
Dear Gary:
On Monday, August 22, 1994, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and
Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 - 1 to approve Platinum Auto Brokers Final P.U.D., subject
to the following conditions:
The landscaped areas at each driveway entrance shall be increased in size from 4' x 8'
to 8' x 8' .
2. All landscaped areas, including the existing shrub bed in the area of the pole sign, shall
be defined by landscape timbers, railroad ties, or pressure treated lumber. In particular,
the east edge of the existing shrub bed shall be upgraded with such treatment.
3. All shrub beds shall be treated with sufficient plant material to cover the area at the time
of maturity.
4. All shrub beds shall be protected from overhanging vehicles by parking lot wheel stops.
Vehicles shall not overhang the shrub beds.
5. The P.U.D. shall include a note which states that the display of any vehicle upon a raised
platform, rack, or any device that elevates the vehicle above the established grade is
prohibited.
