All glazing on this project will be clear low-E insulated glass of less than 50% reflectivity or opacity. There is clear patterned glass block in the west elevation for maintenance and security reasons, which will also provide interesting lighting effects through the carwash tunnel b) Window locations, sizes and details have been changed to meet the requirements of this section. c) Architectural screening for rooftop mechanical equipment has been included in this design revision. Appropriate screening for ground level utilities will be provided as the engineering is completed. d-i) The building elevations have been redesigned to fulfill the requirements of these sections. j) The concrete masonry units (C.M.U.) for this project are a combination of split faced and smooth faced surface textures in warm natural gray colors finished with a clear sealer. The standing seam metal roofing and metal trellis/canopy structures are painted blue. k) All overhead garage doors are 10' _tall and 10', 12' or 14' in width.
