PDP 90-day resubmittal deadline extension
Dear Mr. Bernth,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved two extensions, one for 60-
dus and another for an additional 30-days to the Park South Commercial Plan,
2" Filing Lot 2-B, Valvoline Oil Change PDP deadline. With the original due date
of August 25, 2004, the extension will create a new deadline of November 23,
2004. Please note that this is the longest period in which I may authorize an
extension; failure to resubmit plans by this revised date will result in the
application becoming null and void.
