Dear Resident,
on Tuesday July 26, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning
will hold an administrative review hearing to consider a minor
subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Park South Commercial Plaza Minor
Subdivision, Case #37-94. The request is for a three lot
subdivision of approximately 14.86 acres to create three legal lots
for future development. The property is located at the southeast
corner of Horsetooth Road and Manhattan Avenue. The property is
located in the H-B, Highway Business, Zoning District.
This request is for the creation of three legal subdivision lots
only and is not for review of any future development proposals or
construction.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
