Adding a parking area to this basin will increase the amount of runoff from this lot and it must be shown how this increased runoff is mitigated in a drainage memo from a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Colorado. Please contact me to discuss potential ideas for mitigation that have been used in similar situations.
