On Thursday, January 19, 2012, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins
Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 5 — 0 to approve the Lind Property
Amended Overall Development, Referral of a Minor Amendment, MA12-0001.
In addition, at the same meeting, the Board voted 5 — 0 to approve the Lind
Property Second Filing, Final Plan, One -Year Extension, #39-94E. The time
validity for the Second Filing has now been extended to January 17, 2013.
