RE: Lind Farms Second Filing
Dear Susan,
This letter is to recognize that some of the lots shown are less than the expected
50 feet on their street frontage. We recognize that there may be difficulty in
making the driveways, street trees and all of the utilities fit according to the City
of Fort Collins and Utility company criteria. At this time we would recognize that
if we cannot meet this criteria or provide an acceptable compromise that there
may be a reduction in the number of lots as shown on the approved PDP site
plan.
