Re: Notice of Severed Mineral Rights
Dear Molly,
The following serves as notice of an application to subdivide land for residential uses.
Centex Homes has made an application to subdivide the property located in the
Southeast corner of Larimer County Road 11 and Larimer County Road 52, See
attached legal description, also known as the Lind Property, Filing 2. This notice is
being sent to you in accordance with recently enacted State Legislation regarding
Notification of Severed Mineral Rights, ref. C.R.S. 24-65.5-103 et seq.
The application will be submitted to the City of Fort Collins on March 23, 2004, a public
hearing is scheduled for July 13, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at 281 North College Avenue.
