As we discussed, the plat shows a wellsite location which consists of a circle with a radius of 200 feet as is outlined in the letter agreement dated May 8, 2003. As I mentioned to you in our meeting a few months ago, the location of the drill site within an area identified as a community center is a concern to the Anadarko entities. The notice mailed by Centex Homes on June 25, 2004 regarding an application to subdivide land for residential uses is for the Land Property 2nd Filing, Project Development Plan, File #39.94D. I have attached the notice from the City of Fort Collins for you records. The next step in the process is the Final Development Plan, Final Plat and Construction Plans. During the development of these plans we will finalize our Surface Use Agreement. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions.
