Costilla Ave. #200 Englewood, CO 80112 NV I t : 01 M 00-L -M Re: Availability of Water Service to Property at Larimer County Roads 52 and 11 Dear Mr. Hanson: I am writing in reference to the Overall Development Plan (ODP) submitted to the City of Fort Collins by Centex Homes for a 172 acre parcel located immediately north of Larimer County Road 52 and east of Larimer County Road 11. East Latimer County (ELCO) Water District currently has a 14" water line located on the west side of County Road 11. The 14" water line extends along the entire west side of the parcel subject to the ODP. Upon satisfaction of all applicable development requirements and installation of the water line extensions necessary to serve the development, ELCO will provide potable water service to the Centex property. The fire flow available from new water lines connected to the existing 14" line in County Road 11 will be at least I,500 gallons per minute. The actual fire flow would depend on the location and size of the new water lines installed to serve the property. A water tap fee schedule is attached. It shows the current plant investment fee and raw water requirement for different size water taps. Please contact me if you need any additional information on ELCO's ability to provide water service to the Centex property. Sincerely, Webster Jone Manager, ELCO Water District Enclosure 232 South Link Lane, P.O.
