This is to advise you that the Boxelder Sanitation District has more than sufficient line and
treatment capacity and intends to serve the proposed project located at Roads 11 and 52. The
collector line located in the property is under utilized at this time and has no hydraulic loading
limitations for the design watershed.
Service to the Planned Unit Development proposed for the property will be negotiated on a
contract basis when your plans have become more defined, and your property has been
petitioned into the District service area pursuant to the provisions of Title 32, Article 1, Part 4,
Colorado Revised Statutes. Additionally, the District is a participant in the Regions 208 Water
Quality Planning Association, and is in full compliance with all federal and state water quality
requirements.
