An Overall Development Plan was submitted on September 11, 2000. In the city review you requested a review of the structures to establish their historic significance. I have enclosed a Check for $50.00 and photos of all four sides of the structures for your use in this historic review. Please proceed with the Demolition Review for both structures. The proposed use of the property will be residential with a small portion of commercial. We would like to demo all existing structures currently located on this property.
