This follows our meeting of February 20a' concerning the referenced project, at which
meeting Yvonne Seaman was also present. This firm represents the Windsor Reservoir & Canal
Company, which owns and operates the No. 8 outlet and the associated reservoirs. We
understand that one of the issues involved in your development plan will be handling stormwater
runoff from your project. We have discussed some potential alternatives, however the ditch
company has not entered into any agreements nor given any assurances as to what it might agree
to in this regard. As you know, the policy of the ditch company is that it .will not 'accept
developed stormwater runoff into its ditches, nor does it believe it has a legal obligation to do so.
Nevertheless, we are willing to continue discussion various alternatives with you as you move
forward with your development plan. We will await hearing from you before proceeding further.
