The proposed rezoning is commonly known as Country Club North Rezoning, #39-94. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 167.1 acres located north of County Road #52 and east of County Road #11, from the T-Transition Zone to RLP, Low Density Planned Residential Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record withirw 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
