Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
August 22, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed rezoning in your
neighborhood. The proposed rezoning is commonly known as Country Club North
Rezoning, #39-94.
The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 167.1 acres located north of
County Road #52 and east of County Road #11, from the T-Transition Zone to RLP,
Low Density Planned Residential
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record withirw
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
have questions or require further information about this item, please feel free
