amend the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins by changing the zoning of the
hereinafter described parcel, containing 167.1 acres, more or less from T - Transition
zoning district to RLP - Low Density Planned Residential zoning district: (Legal description

the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, lying South and West of
the Outlet Ditch, of the W. P. Elder Reservoir.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a strip of land 50 feet in width across the SW1/4 of
said Section 29, as conveyed to The Divide Canal and Reservoir Company by
deed recorded June 25, 1905 in Book 171 at Page 455.
