College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 Dear Bob, Attached are revisions to the final compliance plans for Lind Property Filing One. They have been revised in response to City staff and agency review comments. The comments made and revisions requested have been addressed as follows: Current Planning 250.Comment noted, we will address this with the filing two plans. We appreciate the heads up. Engineering — Landscape 74 Irrigation notes have been added to ensure that all medians and traffic circles are irrigated. We have also revised the plant material to ensure they meet the site distance criteria. 75 All plant material within the medians will be drip irrigated; therefore specific drainage facilities are not required. 2 t2 We have cleaned up the sheets to make them more readable- and therefore more scan able., Engineering — Site 130 The site distance triangle has been labeled on both the site and landscape plans, with the site distance language added to the'site plans. 195 The alley reference note has been changed to rear -loaded. Light and Power ' 185 Streetlights now show on all plans, with clearance issues resolved. 186 This light has been added 187 This light has been added 188 This has been accommodated 189 This has been added 190 These lights have been added 191 This light has been added 192 This light has been relocated 193 Plans have been modified to accommodate this request 196 All electric facilities are shown on the landscape and utility plans. They are not shown on the site plan for clarity purposes. , Transportation Planning 198 We do appreciate your comment, and can see your concern. However, since this pedestrian location was part of our alternative compliance request for street spacing, which was approved by the hearing officer, at this time it is not possible to relocate the pedestrian connection.
