Dear Bob,
Attached are the final compliance plans for Lind Property Filing One. They have been revised in response'
to City staff and agency review comments. The comments made and revisions requested on the PDP have
been addressed as follows:
Current Planning
181.Not sure what happened here. We had the plants in originally, but somewhere they disappeared.
We have added them back onto the plans. We have also adjusted the street treep for the current
utilities and street lights.
Engineering — Landscape
17 Tree/utility separations have been revised per the current utilities
30 Corrected site distance easements have been shown.
74 Irrigation notes have been added to ensure that all medians and traffic circles are irrigated.
75 Reference Civil Plans
135 We have removed the contours, however I strongly disagree with this practice. Landscape concepts
and seeding areas are usually directly tied to the grading, and it is difficult to understand the
concepts without the grading, and exactly where different seed mixes should be, etc.
Engineering — Site
130 The grading has been removed.
131 The site distance triangles have been corrected.
132 Note 411 has been corrected, with the construction phasing shown on the site and landscape plans.
106 Drive access notes for the alley homes has been added..
Engineering — Street Names
134 The correct name is Flagstaff Place.
Light and Power
120 The street lights were shown on both the 100 scale plan, and the 30 scale plan. Street trees have
been adjusted for the revised light locations.
Stormwater-Landscape Plans
179 The street names have been added to all 30-scale landscape plans. Conflicts with storm inlets have
been resolved.
