Re: Lincoln 90-Day Extension
Dear Pete:
This letter shall serve as a request for a ninety -day extension for final submittals for the
Lincoln Project. Due to the complexity of the project and meeting City requirements, the
submittal process has taken longer than we expected. Plans for the project are moving
forward and we anticipate having another submittal in late October or early November.

Subject: Lincoln Mixed -Use PDP - 90-day extension
Dear John,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 90-day
extension to the Lincoln Mixed -Use PDP Project, re -submittal deadline. With a
90-day extension from the October 11th. deadline, your new resubmittal deadline
will be January 11, 2006.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve any outstanding
issues. This exhausts all possible extensions and no more will be granted after
that date.
