My understanding was that we would submit planning and engineering documents on
the 11th, but would have some time, and I was thinking not less than two weeks, to get
the corrected and missing parts of engineering into you. While this is not our explicit
understanding, that is a two week time period, that would certainly seem reasonable to
me as we have made a Herculean effort to get this submittal in on that basis.
I would very much prefer to keep what we have on track and give you the missing
pieces of engineering on January 25th, in which time frame our engineer, Northstar,
assures us we can have everything in by.
