Number. 2 Created: 6/21/2005 16/21/05] The electric meters for the residential buildings will need to be 'ganged' together on one end of each building. Gas meters are encouraged to be on the opposite end from the electric meters. Many water services will need to be separated to be to the middle of each building. This will provide locations for gas and electric services and meters. A utility coordination meeting is encouraged. Number. 3 Created: 6/21/2005 16/21/05] The electric development charges could be reduced by approximately $200.00 per dwelling unit if the developer chooses pad type transformers placed behind the sidewalk Instead of the usual vault type transformers. Although currently not available, this option is anticipated to become available for electric Installations after 1-1-2006. In order for this option to be possible, the front lot easements will need to be increased from 9 fL to 11 ft. wide. Topic. Landscape Plan Number. 4 Created: 6/21/2005 16/21/051 A streetlight plan was sent to Ted Shepard via Inter-ofrice mail on 6-21-05 to be forwarded to the applicant. These lights will need to be shown on the landscape plan and street tree locations will need to be adjusted to provide 15 fL minimum clearance between the trees and lights (15 fL if the tree is an ornamental).
