Re: Lincoln Park Project
Dear Ron:
Thank you for meeting to discuss our Lincoln Park. Project.
Following up our discussion, we are providing a 30-foot fire lane with appropriate radii for fire
and emergency access to buildings A, B and C, with addressing for same off Fitzgerald Drive
and street numbers both on the buildings and at the entrance to the private drive. The same will
6e; provided for buildings D, E and F. The rest of the buildings are all on public right-of-ways,
which give fire and emergency equipment access to the fronts of 14 buildings, and the ends of
two buildings, which two buildings will have addressing off Forbes Drive. Street and address
numbering on the buildings clearly visible from the street.
All buildings will be sprinklered.
Enclosed is a copy of the latest Lincoln plan with the fire lanes highlighted for your reference.
